Whenever Nuremberg State Philharmonic’s first harp, Lilo Kraus, and Franconian master Blues harpist, Chris Schmitt, make music together, it’s a get-together of Classic, Folk, Jazz and Blues. The top-class accompaniment comes from Jazz guitarist Paulo Morello and outstanding double bass player Norbert Meyer-Venus. In this company, J.S. Bach shakes hands with trumpet genius, Miles Davis, and Jazz musician, Joe Zawinul, has melancholic conversations with the “Paraguayan harp” of Alfredo Ortiz.
