Monobo Son is the band of trombonist Manuel Winbeck, filling in the gap whenever his band LaBrassBanda is having a little break. While Monobo Son on their last album sang the praise of latrine seats, their new work addresses the charms of the “beautiful Vienna woman”. Latin grooves mix with Electro Pop, Hip Hop beats up Jazzy sounds and earworm melodies settle down with melancholy brass players.
